So the relationship I'm in is going very well. Almost.... too well. Before the fiancee would be a bit shy in expressing herself. Finally she's actually letting me know how she feels and thinks. It's helping a lot and she's being extra lovable. The wedding planning is terrible... sigh... Anahi (the fiancee) does not want to plan anything. She's very busy with her art classes so has almost no time for me these days. But the way she wanted everything is not possible so she no longer cares to have a wedding. So guess who is in charge of most of the planning? We finally got the invitations ready and I am not looking forward to sending them out. That's a lot of writing addresses and putting on stamps. Um... that's about it. Everything is pretty much the same as before. It's a happiness I could never have dreamed of. We just fit together really well.
And sorry to everyone back home I wass not there to host my superbowl party.
Here is my new toy, it's a rebel xs 10.1 mp Camera. The fiancee is taking a digital photography class and now we have this slr digital camera. I cannot wait to take picutres with it. I always wanted one of these. I'll be sure to post a few of the better pictures when the stupid memory card comes. Anyone have tips for taking really amazing pictures? Or perhaps a forum or website they use for information. Hope everyone has a nice weekend.
Go watch Gran Turino. Great movie in my opinion. Hilarious at times and sad at others. An amazing script and the acting was very well done. Clint Eastwood is a bad mother. I want to be more like him. Let me know what you think if you've seen it.
Long read sorry. But I'm bored at work and wanted to capture todays earlier events.
Ah, Black Friday! Man... it was pretty crazy. I guess every year the "hot spot" to shop is Walmart. I was thinking of going by to check it out. I've heard from one of my workers that is was chaotic but also an interesting experience. Basicually what happens is all the items are spread out through the store and wrapped in black plastic wrap. At five the workers get the ok to cut the plastic and it's a fight to get the item you want. My future sister-in-law (she's pretty awesome) and I were talking about shopping and she said she'd be too tired to go early to get a few things she wanted. I was thinking a few dvds. Turns out she wanted a freakin 42" LCD tv on sale for $600. So I agree that I would try and get her one. Later she would also ask me to grab a laptop that was on sale. So I wake up at 3:30 in the morning having slept at 1:30... so needless to say I was exhausted, but I just said it didn't I? Anywho. I get to Walmart at about 4:00 and it's jam packed. I start walking inside and I find the TV that I wanted and people are just all around the area. I kind of just smash my way in front of people. And I talk to the people around me to help each other out so we can all claim one. So we wait an hour and right around five they cut the plastic off. I just rip the platic off and through it behind me on top of people. I did not care in the least. I wanted my TV and I was going to get it. I push the top one to the first guy. Push another with my foot to another lady and I grab the last one. Victory! Well, partly. I still needed a laptop. So I'm walking through a sea of people with this huge box. Some guy has the nerve to put his hand on it and try to take it from me. I was PISSED. I say "what the F." and give him this crazy look cause I wanted to knock his teeth in. He's this tiny guy and just shys away having regretted his action. So I walk towards the counter with laptops behind it and put it on top of my tv box and I'm lugging this thing around. It takes me another 20 minutes to check out and another 10 minutes to make it to my car. I have never in my life gone black Friday shopping thinking the savings were not worth the time and effort but it was an interesting experience and maybe next year I'll be back.
